I’m a Mental Performance Coach with a Master of Science in Sport and Performance Psychology and over seven years of coaching experience. After playing competitive soccer for nearly 20 years, a career-altering injury introduced me to the transformative power of mental performance and mindset.
That experience shaped my purpose and led me to support athletes and high performers in developing mental skills such as confidence, focus, and resilience, supporting performance both on and off the field.

My approach is deeply client-centered and rooted in holistic athlete development. I prioritize meeting individuals and teams exactly where they are, helping them develop the skills that best support sustained performance and wellbeing.
Through evidence-informed coaching, I work to strengthen focus, emotional regulation, confidence, performance under pressure, and self-awareness. Embedded within club and performance environments, my work supports commitment, long-term growth, and the development of high-performance cultures that value both excellence and wellbeing.
